VIP arrival room

Standard :

Special set up for VIP arrival room must follow hotel standard. Room must be very clean and all equipment is in good working order. Fresh flowers, fruit basket are set up before VIP arrival at least 30 minutes.

Procedures :

Florist decorates special fresh flowers for VIP arrival room (informed by HK manager and floor supervisor).
Supervisor checks the room carefully, communicate with F&B to put fruit basket, Champagne, etc.
Welcome letter must be put nicely, straight on the desk.
Welcome card placed next to the fruit basket and flower vase.
The room will be checked by F.O Manager, HK Manager and General Manager.
Floor supervisor and room attendant must complete any detail recommended by managers.

· Ensure everything in the room is perfect before VIP arriving.
