Iron and Iron board on request

Standard :

The hotel has items as irons and iron boards to lend guest when it is requested. At least 5 sets of iron kept in the HSKP Office in par stock

Procedures :

The irons and iron boards as lent items kept in HSKP Office or store must always be in good working condition.
Check the iron before bringing to guest room.
Bring it with a form of lent items to the guest room, and be sure the correct room number that guest requested.
Knock the door and wait the guest opens the door.
Ask the guest to sign on the form of lent items.
Record into daily HSKP log book about lending item very clear : Room No., Time, code of the lent item form and person who brought it and signature.
