Clean, set up and fold towels in bathroom

Standard

1. Bathroom cleaning is to be performed in all checked-out and occupied rooms

2. All bathrooms should be cleaned and well supplied everyday, and a high hygiene standard is maintained all time.

Towels set up in the bathroom must be straight, clean and always with fresh smell. Always place bath robe and towels in a way that hotel logo faces to guest.

Procedures

I) Jobs have to be done when cleaning a guest bathroom :

1) Clear used towels

2) Clean bathroom.

3) Clean shower cubicle.

4) Clean bathtub.

5) Clean toilet bowl.

6) Clean vanity counter and drawers.

7) Lift items to wipe counter

Clean and mop floor

9) Clean wash basin.

10) Polish and shine mirror

11) Replenish bathroom supply items.

Fill up fresh towels.

Replenish amenities supplied in bathroom.

II) How to fold and set up towels in guest bathroom :

Bath towel must be clean, with fresh smell. Fold neatly, hotel logo always faces to guest. Set up two bath towels in each guest room.
Hand towel must be clean with fresh smell. Fold neatly two towels at the same size and same style.
Face towel must be clean with fresh smell. Fold neatly, set up two Face towels for each guest room at the same size and same style.
Bath mat must be clean with fresh smell. Place on the floor where the guest steps out bath tub.
For triple rooms:

set up 1 set of towel ( total 3 set of towels).
